Sympli welcomes IPART Draft Report on ELNO service fees

Sympli welcomes the release of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal’s (IPART) Draft Report on Electronic Lodgment Network Operator (ELNO) service fees.

Sympli thanks IPART for its considered work in preparing the Draft Report and commends the rigour and transparency of the review process, which drew on extensive stakeholder engagement and independent expert analysis.

Sympli is pleased that the independent expert review commissioned by IPART acknowledged the strengths of the Sympli platform. That review found Sympli’s cost profile to be broadly aligned with an efficient, modern ELNO benchmark; reflecting a modular, scalable and API-driven platform supported by a lean operating model. It also found that Sympli achieves the required levels of security and compliance, underscoring the safety and efficiency of Sympli’s platform.

Sympli also welcomes IPART’s clear recognition of the benefits that competition can bring to the eConveyancing market: lower costs, greater innovation and continuous improvement for subscribers and consumers alike.
